Effective Date of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After the billing cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to a free or inactive plan, and you will no longer be charged for the service.

Access to Data: After cancellation, you will have limited access to your account to retrieve any data you may need. This access will be available for a period of 2 days. After this period, we reserve the right to delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

3. Refund Policy

No Refunds on Monthly Subscriptions: EazyGym does not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. Once a payment has been processed for a monthly subscription, it is non-refundable, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period.

Annual Subscriptions: If you have purchased an annual subscription and choose to cancel within the first 10 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining time left in your subscription after deducting the cost of the months used. After 10 days, no refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions.
