Plyofit was started in 2018 and was founded by Mr Vipin who gives training to Fitness trainers and is based in Bangalore 

Mr Vipin was keen to build a fitness loving community in his home town and thats how Plyofit was opened . As he was spending more time in Bangalore and occupied most of time in training , he was not able to focus on the management aspects of Gym like fees collection . Even the staff designated to take care of management was not as motivated and passionate like Vipin . 

“I found that members  really enjoyed and valued training provided by Gym as we could bring and adopt  the latest trends in fitness and body building which we learned from Bangalore . But , when it comes to fees collection , we are really missing out because of the conventional management practices. So we decided to go for an internet based ( Precisely Cloud based ) system which provides real-time update . I can track the payments and leakages in fees collection even when am in Bangalore 

The results were amazing. Fees collection efficiencies were increased drastically . Revenue from monthly membership fees increased 100  % and Gym became operationally profitable . Auto- Reminders to customer whatsApp / SMS were the key to revenue growth . And the dashboard that shows the fee dues and the upcoming fee dues also helped significantly
